Georgia High School Basketball - Tucker fells M.L. King
January 8, 2025: Lithonia, GA 30038 The Tucker Tigers basketball team scored 65 points and limited the host M.L. King Lions to 46 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Tigers now possess a 1-0 record. They play next when they host Lakeside for a non-league game on Saturday, January 11. Tucker will confront a Vikings team coming off a 44-33 non-league loss to Cedar Grove (Ellenwood, GA). The Vikings record now stands at 1-7.
With the loss, M.L. King falls to 2-7 on the campaign. The Lions host Arabia Mountain (Lithonia, GA) to confront the Rams in a non-league game on Saturday, January 11. The Rams go into the game with a record of 4-0. Arabia Mountain won 53-48 in their recent league game against Decatur (Decatur, GA)
