The Spartans (2-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Ainsworth (Ainsworth, NE). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 3-10 record. In their last challenge, Ainsworth was tipped by St. Mary's (O'Neill, NE), 63-48, in a non-league challenge.

Next up, the Broncos meet the Neligh-Oakdale Warriors (Neligh, NE) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, January 10. Stuart will attempt to advance on its 3-7 season record. The Warriors enter the battle with a 2-9 record after their 47-32 non-league win over Niobrara/Verdigre (Niobrara, NE).
