Massachusetts High School Basketball - Sabis International tops Paulo Freire Social Justice Charter School
January 9, 2023: Springfield, MA 01129 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Sabis International Bulldogs (Springfield, MA) and the visiting Paulo Freire Social Justice Charter School Panthers (Holyoke, MA), saw Sabis International's basketball squad knock off Paulo Freire Social Justice Charter School by a tally of 76-59.
With the victory, Sabis International improves its record to 4-1 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Putnam Vo-Tech (Springfield, MA) to play the Beavers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 12. The Beavers come into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Putnam Vo-Tech won 71-64 in their recent non-league challenge against Bassick (Bridgeport, CT)
Next up, the Panthers play the Commerce Red Raiders (Springfield, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Paulo Freire Social Justice Charter School will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Red Raiders come into the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 48-43 league loss to Chicopee (Chicopee, MA).
