New Jersey High School Basketball - Haddon Township over Gloucester City
January 9, 2023: Westmont, NJ 08108 Fans at Monday's league challenge between the Haddon Township Hawks (Westmont, NJ) and the visiting Gloucester City Lions (Gloucester City, NJ), saw Haddon Township's basketball squad overcome Gloucester City by a tally of 33-14.
With the victory, Haddon Township improves its record to 8-2 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Gateway Regional (Woodbury Heights, NJ) to confront the Gators in a Colonial challenge on Wednesday, January 11. The Gators come into the challenge with a record of 7-2. Gateway Regional lost 54-39 in their recent league battle against Haddon Heights (Haddon Heights, NJ)
The Lions (0-6) will now prepare for their battle against Sterling (Somerdale, NJ). The Silver Knights come into the non-league battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, Sterling prevailed over Audubon (Audubon, NJ), 43-20, in a league battle.
