Virginia High School Basketball - Henrico holds off Hermitage
January 9, 2023: Richmond, VA 23227 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Henrico Warriors (Richmond, VA) and the visiting Hermitage Panthers (Richmond, VA), saw Henrico's basketball squad hold off Hermitage by a tally of 51-50.
With the victory, Henrico improves its record to 7-4 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Atlee (Mechanicsville, VA) to confront the Raiders in a Capital challenge on Tuesday, January 10. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 4-7. Atlee won 50-46 in their recent non-league challenge against J.R. Tucker (Henrico, VA)
Next up, the Panthers confront the Maggie Walker (Richmond, VA) in a Colonial challenge, on Thursday, January 12. Hermitage will attempt to improve on its 7-3 season record. The come into the challenge with a 7-3 record after their 69-45 non-league loss to Culpeper County (Culpeper, VA).
