The Heritage Pioneers basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Liberty Minutemen to 19 in the Pioneers non-league triumph on Monday.

The Pioneers now sport a 3-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Amherst County for a non-league contest on Thursday, January 12. Heritage will battle a Lancers team coming off a 61-41 non-league loss to Liberty Christian (Lynchburg, VA). The Lancers record now stands at 7-4.
