California High School Soccer - San Pasqual knocks off Escondido
January 9, 2023: Escondido, CA 92025 San Pasqual Golden Eagles (Escondido, CA) fans were pleased Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Escondido Cougars (Escondido, CA), 4-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Golden Eagles confront the Carlsbad Lancers (Carlsbad, CA) in a challenge, on Wednesday, January 11. San Pasqual will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Lancers enter the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Montgomery (San Diego, CA).
The Cougars now have a 3-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Westview for a challenge on Tuesday, January 10. Escondido will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Mt. Carmel (San Diego, CA). The Wolverines record now stands at 3-3.
