Oklahoma High School Basketball - Choctaw trounces Muskogee
January 9, 2024: Choctaw, OK 73020 The Choctaw Yellowjackets (Choctaw, OK) basketball crushed the visiting Muskogee Roughers (Muskogee, OK), 73-46 in Tuesday's league test.
The Yellowjackets (8-2) will now prepare for their test against Ponca City (Ponca City, OK). The Wildcats go into the 6A District 4 test with a 2-8 record. In their last test, Ponca City was trounced by Jenks (Jenks, OK), 67-51, in a league test.
The Roughers now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Bixby for a 6A District 4 test on Friday, January 12. Muskogee will encounter a Spartans squad coming off a 74-71 league win over Stillwater (Stillwater, OK). The Spartans record now stands at 7-4.
