Massachusetts High School Basketball - Wellesley overwhelms Framingham
January 9, 2024: Wellesley, MA 02481 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Wellesley Raiders (Wellesley, MA) and the visiting Framingham Flyers (Framingham, MA), saw Wellesley's basketball squad wallop Framingham by a tally of 56-34.
With the victory, Wellesley improves its record to 2-4 on the campaign. The Raiders travel to Braintree (Braintree, MA) to play the Wamps in a Bay State - Herget challenge on Friday, January 12. The Wamps come into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Braintree won 60-46 in their recent league challenge against Milton (Milton, MA)
Next up, the Flyers play the Weston Wildcats (Weston, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 11. Framingham will attempt to improve on its 0-8 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 4-1 record after their 78-62 league loss to Waltham (Waltham, MA).
