Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Hersey Huskies (Arlington Heights, IL) and the visiting Schaumburg Saxons (Schaumburg, IL), saw Hersey's basketball squad overcome Schaumburg by a tally of 52-41.

With the victory, Hersey improves its record to 9-10 on the campaign. The Huskies travel to Antioch (Antioch, IL) to confront the Sequoits in a non-league challenge on Saturday, January 13. The Sequoits come into the challenge with a record of 8-10. Antioch lost 69-55 in their recent league challenge against Wauconda (Wauconda, IL)

Next up, the Saxons confront the Conant Cougars (Hoffman Estates, IL) in a Mid-Suburban - West challenge, on Saturday, January 13. Schaumburg will attempt to improve on its 12-8 season record.
