California High School Basketball - West Ranch fells Golden Valley
January 9, 2024: Valencia, CA 91381 West Ranch Wildcats (Valencia, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Golden Valley Grizzlies (Santa Clarita, CA), 53-37 in a league bout.
With the win, West Ranch upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Castaic (Castaic, CA) to play the Coyotes in a bout on Friday, January 12. The Coyotes go into the bout with a record of 4-3. Castaic lost 56-36 in their recent league bout against Saugus (Saugus, CA)
Next up, the Grizzlies play the Lancaster Eagles (Lancaster, CA) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 15. Golden Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 7-1 record after their 61-31 league win over Antelope Valley (Lancaster, CA).
