January 9, 2024: Clinton Township, MI 48038 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Cousino Patriots (Warren, MI) and the host Chippewa Valley Big Reds (Clinton Township, MI), saw Cousino's basketball squad knock off Chippewa Valley by a tally of 51-43.
With the victory, Cousino improves its record to 5-4 on the campaign. The Patriots host Marysville (Marysville, MI) to play the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Thursday, January 11. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 4-5. Marysville won 42-24 in their recent non-league challenge against Sterling Heights Stevenson (Sterling Heights, MI)
Next up, the Big Reds play the South Lake Cavaliers (St. Clair Shores, MI) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, January 11. Chippewa Valley will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record.
