January 9, 2024: Kingston, MI 48741 The Kingston Cardinals basketball team scored 53 points and restricted the visiting North Branch Broncos to 13 in the Cardinals non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Cardinals now sport a 8-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Peck for a North Central Thumb - Stars contest on Thursday, January 11. Kingston will battle a Pirates team coming off a 35-31 league win over Mayville (Mayville, MI). The Pirates record now stands at 4-3.
The Broncos (3-5) will now prepare for their contest against Richmond (Richmond, MI). The Blue Devils come into the Blue Water Area contest with a 3-5 record. In their last contest, Richmond was routed by Troy (Troy, MI), 51-26, in a non-league contest.
