January 9, 2024: Chehalis, WA 98532 Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the WF West Bearcats (Chehalis, WA) and the visiting Tumwater Thunderbirds (Tumwater, WA), saw WF West's basketball squad wallop Tumwater by a tally of 57-36.
With the victory, WF West improves its record to 11-2 on the campaign. The Bearcats travel to Rochester (Rochester, WA) to confront the Warriors in a 2A Evergreen challenge on Thursday, January 11. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 8-4. Rochester won 53-42 in their recent league challenge against Shelton (Shelton, WA)
Next up, the Thunderbirds confront the Shelton Highclimbers (Shelton, WA) in a 2A Evergreen challenge, on Thursday, January 11. Tumwater will attempt to improve on its 6-5 season record. The Highclimbers come into the challenge with a 1-6 record after their 53-42 league loss to Rochester (Rochester, WA).
