January 9, 2025: Vergennes, VT 05491 The Otter Valley Otters (Brandon, VT) basketball toppled the host Vergennes Commodores (Vergennes, VT), 59-47 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Otters now possess a 7-1 record. They play next when they travel to Bellows Falls for a Southern Vermont - B bout on Saturday, January 11. Otter Valley will play a Terriers team coming off a 65-63 non-league win over Twin Valley (Wilmington, VT). The Terriers record now stands at 5-3.
With the loss, Vergennes falls to 4-3 on the campaign. The Commodores travel to Peoples Academy (Morrisville, VT) to play the Wolves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 14. The Wolves go into the bout with a record of 3-6. Peoples Academy won 63-45 in their recent league bout against Randolph (Randolph, VT)
