January 9, 2025: Boonsboro, MD 21713 In Thursday's league test, the Williamsport Wildcats (Williamsport, MD) basketball squad trounced the host Boonsboro Warriors (Boonsboro, MD), by a score of 56-19.
Next, the Wildcats encounter the Walkersville Lions (Walkersville, MD) in a Central Maryland test, on Friday, January 10. Williamsport will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Lions come into the test with a 4-4 record after their 59-33 league win over Brunswick (Brunswick, MD).
The Warriors (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Catoctin (Thurmont, MD). The Cougars come into the Central Maryland test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Catoctin was routed by Our Lady of Good Counsel (Olney, MD), 34-27, in a non-league test.
