The Hardee Wildcats basketball team scored 52 points and limited the host Lake Placid Dragons to 24 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Wildcats now possess a 5-5 record. They play next when they travel to Avon Park for a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14. Hardee will confront a Red Devils team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to DeSoto County (Arcadia, FL). The Red Devils record now stands at 3-6.

With the loss, Lake Placid falls to 2-8 on the campaign. The Dragons host McKeel Academy (Lakeland, FL) to confront the Wildcats in a non-league game on Tuesday, January 14.
