Minnesota High School Ice Hockey - Breck knocks off St. Paul Academy-Summit
January 9, 2025: Minneapolis, MN 55422 The crowd at Thursday's league challenge between the Breck Mustangs (Minneapolis, MN) and the visiting St. Paul Academy-Summit Spartans (St. Paul, MN), witnessed Breck's ice hockey team defeat St. Paul Academy-Summit by a score of 8-0.
The Mustangs (2-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Academy of Holy Angels (Richfield, MN). The Stars come into the non-league challenge with a 10-2 record. In their last challenge, Academy of Holy Angels ran past St. Louis Park (St. Louis Park, MN), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Spartans battle the Winona Winhawks (Winona, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, January 11. St. Paul Academy-Summit will attempt to better on its 3-6 season record. The Winhawks come into the challenge with a 6-2 record after their 4-2 league win over Austin (Austin, MN).
