October 1, 2021: Spotsylvania, VA 22553 In Friday's league match, the host Courtland Cougars football squad scored a close 21-14 victory over the James Monroe Yellow Jackets.
In their next game, the Cougars clash with the Chancellor Chargers (Fredericksburg, VA) in a Battlefield match, on Friday, October 8. Courtland will attempt to move on its 1-4 season record. The Chargers enter the match with a 2-2 record after their 31-21 league win over Spotsylvania (Spotsylvania, VA).
