North Carolina High School Volleyball - South Rowan can't hold off East Rowan

October 1, 2024: Salisbury, NC 28146

In Tuesday's league match, the East Rowan Mustangs (Salisbury, NC) volleyball squad tipped the visiting South Rowan Raiders (China Grove, NC), by a final score of 3-2.

Next up, the Mustangs confront the Lake Norman Charter Knights (Huntersville, NC) in a South Piedmont 3A match, on Thursday, October 3. East Rowan will attempt to advance on its 17-7 season record. The Knights enter the match with a 16-1 record after their 3-0 league loss to Carson (China Grove, NC).

The Raiders (14-5) will now prepare for their match against West Davidson (Lexington, NC). The Dragons enter the non-league match with a 15-3 record. In their last match, West Davidson held off Lexington (Lexington, NC), 3-0, in a league match.
