Georgia High School Volleyball - Lee County May River
The May River Sharks topped the host Lee County Trojans volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Sharks now have a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lucy Beckham for a AAAA Region VII test on Tuesday, October 5. May River will confront a team coming off a 3-1 league win over James Island (Charleston, SC). The record now stands at 11-5.
The Trojans (17-16) will now prepare for their test against Mount de Sales Academy (Macon, GA). The Cavaliers enter the non-league test with a 4-15 record. In their last test, Mount de Sales Academy was knocked off by Peach County (Fort Valley, GA), 3-0, in a non-league test.
