October 2, 2025: Oshkosh, WI 54901 Appleton North Lightning (Appleton, WI) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Oshkosh North Spartans (Oshkosh, WI), 3-0 in a league test.
With the win, Appleton North improves its record to 3-26 on the campaign. The Lightning host Appleton East (Appleton, WI) to meet the Patriots in a Fox Valley challenge on Tuesday, October 7. The Patriots come into the challenge with a record of 8-20. Appleton East lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Neenah (Neenah, WI)
In their next game, the Spartans face the Green Bay N.E.W. Lutheran Blazers (Green Bay, WI) in a non-league test, on Saturday, October 4. Oshkosh North will attempt to advance on its 8-10 season record. The Blazers go into the test with a 13-11 record after their 3-1 league loss to Peshtigo (Peshtigo, WI).
