October 3, 2023: Olympia Fields, IL 60471 The Rich Township Raptors volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the visiting Thornton Wildcats to 0 in the Raptors league victory on Tuesday.
The Raptors now have a 8-21 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Thornwood for a Southland game on Tuesday, October 10. Rich Township will meet a Thunderbirds team coming off a 2-0 league loss to Bloom (Chicago Heights, IL). The Thunderbirds record now stands at 5-17.
The Wildcats (5-11) will now prepare for their game against Triton (Bourbon, IN). The Trojans enter the non-league game with a 22-5 record. In their last game, Triton dropped by South Central (Union Mills, IN), 3-0, in a non-league game.
