West Virginia High School Football - Calhoun crushed by Buffalo

October 3, 2025: Mt. Zion, WV 26151

The Buffalo Bison walloped the host Calhoun Red Devils football team by a score of 63-26 in Friday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Bison play the Braxton County Eagles (Sutton, WV) in a Little Kanawha challenge, on Friday, October 10. Buffalo will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Eagles go into the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 34-14 non-league win over Poca (Poca, WV).

The Red Devils (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Clay County (Clay, WV). The Panthers go into the Little Kanawha challenge with a 3-3 record. In their last challenge, Clay County was routed by Logan (Logan, WV), 14-6, in a non-league test.
