The North Forrest Eagles football squad scored 30 points and limited the host Collins Tigers to 20 in the Eagles league triumph on Friday.

The Eagles now hold a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to East Marion for a 2A Region 8 test on Friday, October 10. North Forrest will play a Eagles team coming off a 36-14 league win over Sacred Heart (Hattiesburg, MS). The Eagles record now stands at 3-3.

The Tigers (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Perry Central (New Augusta, MS). The Bulldogs go into the 2A Region 8 challenge with a 1-5 record. In their last challenge, Perry Central lost by Lumberton (Lumberton, MS), 26-20, in a non-league test.
