The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Holly Bronchos (Holly, MI) and the host Flushing Raiders (Flushing, MI), witnessed Holly's football squad knock off Flushing by a tally of 20-12.

The Bronchos (3-3) will now prepare for their bout against Kearsley (Flint, MI). The Hornets go into the Flint Metro - Upper bout with a 1-5 record. In their last bout, Kearsley dropped by Fenton (Fenton, MI), 55-7, in a league bout.

The Raiders now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Swartz Creek for a Flint Metro - Upper bout on Friday, October 10. Flushing will encounter a Dragons team coming off a 45-12 league loss to Linden (Linden, MI). The Dragons record now stands at 1-5.
