North Carolina High School Football - Northwest Cabarrus drops to West Rowan
October 4, 2022: Mt. Ulla, NC 28125 In Tuesday's non-league game, the West Rowan Falcons (Mt. Ulla, NC) football team knocked off the visiting Northwest Cabarrus Trojans (Concord, NC), by a final score of 41-24.
The Falcons (4-3) will now prepare for their game against Central Cabarrus (Concord, NC). The Vikings come into the non-league game with a 6-0 record. In their last game, Central Cabarrus toppled East Rowan (Salisbury, NC), 35-6, in a non-league game.
The Trojans now hold a 2-5 record. They take the field next when they host Carson for a non-league game on Thursday, October 6. Northwest Cabarrus will battle a Cougars team coming off a 27-6 non-league win over Concord (Concord, NC). The Cougars record now stands at 2-4.
