In Friday's league game, the Central Valley Cougars (Greeley, NE) football team triumphed over the visiting Twin Loup Wolves (Sargent, NE), by a tally of 58-13.

In their next game, the Cougars battle the Palmer Tigers (Palmer, NE) in a D2 District 6 (8 Man) game, on Friday, October 11. Central Valley will attempt to better on its 5-1 season record.
