October 4, 2024: McKees Rocks, PA 15136 The crowd at Friday's league contest between the Montour Spartans (McKees Rocks, PA) and the visiting New Castle Hurricanes (New Castle, PA), witnessed Montour's football squad wallop New Castle by a tally of 51-6.
The Spartans (7-0) will now prepare for their contest against Ambridge (Ambridge, PA). The Bridgers enter the WPIAL AAAA Parkway contest with a 3-3 record. In their last contest, Ambridge was trounced by Blackhawk (Beaver Falls, PA), 29-21, in a league contest.
