The crowd at Saturday's league bout between the Riverdale Ridge Ravens (Thornton, CO) and the host Northglenn Norsemen (Northglenn, CO), observed Riverdale Ridge's softball team prevail over Northglenn by a tally of 14-4.

The Ravens (13-6) will now prepare for their bout against Brighton (Brighton, CO). The Bulldogs go into the 5A/4A Rocky Mountain bout with a 13-6 record. In their last contest, Brighton topped Centaurus (Lafayette, CO), 15-3, in a non-league contest.

The Norsemen now hold a 8-12 record. They play next when they travel to Fairview for a non-league contest on Monday, October 6. Northglenn will face a Knights squad coming off a 14-4 non-league loss to Northfield (Denver, CO). The Knights record now stands at 7-14.
