North Carolina High School Volleyball - Piedmont tips South Stanly
October 5, 2023: Monroe, NC 28110 Piedmont Panthers (Monroe, NC) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting South Stanly Rowdy Rebel Bulls (Norwood, NC), 2-1 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Panthers clash with the Parkwood Wolf Pack (Monroe, NC) in a non-league match, on Monday, October 9. Piedmont will attempt to advance on its 14-3 season record. The Wolf Pack come into the match with a 12-5 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Monroe (Monroe, NC).
With the loss, South Stanly drops to 13-6 on the campaign. The Rowdy rebel bulls travel to Gray Stone Day (Misenheimer, NC) to clash with the Knights in a non-league match on Tuesday, October 10. The Knights come into the match with a record of 14-5. Gray Stone Day won 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Albemarle (Albemarle, NC)
