October 5, 2023: Georgetown, DE 19947 Laurel Bulldogs (Laurel, DE) fans were pleased Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the host Delmarva Christian Royals (Georgetown, DE), 3-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Bulldogs confront the Caesar Rodney Riders (Camden, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 10. Laurel will attempt to better on its 3-5 season record. The Riders enter the challenge with a 4-4 record after their 4-0 non-league win over Indian River (Dagsboro, DE).
The Royals now have a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Salisbury Christian for a Eastern Shore Independent Athletic challenge on Friday, October 6. Delmarva Christian will confront a team coming off a 7-1 non-league loss to Laurel (Laurel, DE). The record now stands at 0-9.
