Michigan High School Football - Benzie Central loses to Kingsley
October 5, 2024: Benzonia, MI 49616 Kingsley Stags (Kingsley, MI) followers went home pleased Saturday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host Benzie Central Huskies (Benzonia, MI), 57-29 in a non-league game.
In their next game, the Stags battle the Cheboygan Chiefs (Cheboygan, MI) in a Northern Michigan - Legends game, on Friday, October 11. Kingsley will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Chiefs enter the game with a 3-3 record after their 55-6 league loss to St. Francis (Traverse City, MI).
The Huskies (2-4) will now prepare for their game against Oscoda (Oscoda, MI). The Owls enter the Northern Michigan - Leaders game with a 4-2 record. In their last game, Oscoda notched a victory over Harbor Springs (Harbor Springs, MI), 42-14, in a non-league game.
