Missouri High School Softball - Rock Bridge bounces Central
October 5, 2024: St. Joseph, MO 64501 The Rock Bridge Bruins (Columbia, MO) softball routed the host Central Indians (St. Joseph, MO), 17-4 in Saturday's non-league battle.
The Bruins now possess a 22-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Marquette for a non-league battle on Saturday, October 5. Rock Bridge will confront a Mustangs team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Fulton (Fulton, MO). The Mustangs record now stands at 9-12.
With the loss, Central moves to 8-14 on the season. The Indians travel to Park Hill South (Riverside, MO) to confront the Panthers in a Class 4 District 16 battle on Monday, October 7. The Panthers come into the battle with a record of 9-16. Park Hill South lost 6-1 in their recent non-league battle against Lee's Summit North (Lee's Summit, MO)
