Missouri High School Softball - Liberty bounces Central
September 17, 2024: St. Joseph, MO 64501 The Liberty Blue Jays softball team scored 11 runs and held the host Central Indians to 1 in the Blue Jays non-league win on Tuesday.
The Blue Jays now possess a 6-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Winfield for a non-league battle on Wednesday, September 18. Liberty will confront a Warriors team coming off a 17-2 non-league win over St. Charles West (St. Charles, MO). The Warriors record now stands at 3-1.
With the loss, Central moves to 1-3 on the season. The Indians travel to Park Hill (Kansas City, MO) to confront the Trojans in a Class 4 District 16 battle on Thursday, September 19. The Trojans come into the battle with a record of 4-1. Park Hill won 19-2 in their recent league battle against North Kansas City (North Kansas City, MO)
