Franklin Knights (Franklin, PA) fans left the game content Friday as they saw their football team gain a win over the visiting Seneca Bobcats (Erie, PA), 42-20 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Franklin improves its record to 2-5 on the campaign. The Knights host Meadville (Meadville, PA) to confront the Bulldogs in a District 10 Region 5 test on Friday, October 13. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 5-2. Meadville lost 52-13 in their recent non-league test against McDowell (Erie, PA)

With the loss, Seneca drops to 1-6 on the campaign. The Bobcats travel to Union City (Union City, PA) to confront the Bears in a District 10 Region 2 test on Friday, October 13. The Bears come into the test with a record of 3-3. Union City lost 19-13 in their recent league test against Northwestern (Albion, PA)
