With the win, Hillcrest improves its record to 1-13 on the season. The Hawks host Bremen (Midlothian, IL) to encounter the Braves in a South Suburban battle on Tuesday, October 7. The Braves go into the battle with a record of 3-21. Bremen lost 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL)
The Falcons now own a 5-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host Kankakee for a Southland battle on Tuesday, October 7. Thornridge will encounter a Kays squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Gardner-South Wilmington (Gardner, IL). The Kays record now stands at 8-8.
