The Center Point Pirates football team (Center Point, TX), was ripped 52-12 in Friday's league challenge with the host Charlotte Trojans (Charlotte, TX)

The Trojans (5-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Rocksprings (Rocksprings, TX). The Angoras come into the 2A-2 Region IV District 15 challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Rocksprings trounced Center Point (Center Point, TX), 62-30, in a league challenge.

The Pirates now sport a 1-5 record. They take the field next when they host Brackett for a 2A-2 Region IV District 15 challenge on Friday, October 14. Center Point will meet a Tigers team coming off a 30-27 league win over D'Hanis (D'Hanis, TX). The Tigers record now stands at 5-2.
