In Saturday's non-league battle, the visiting Portage Central Mustangs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Reeths-Puffer Rockets.

The Mustangs (10-27) will now prepare for their battle against Catholic Central (Grand Rapids, MI). The Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 16-11 record. In their last battle, Catholic Central achieved victory over Ottawa Hills (Grand Rapids, MI), 3-0, in a league battle.
