In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Desert Christian Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-1 victory over the Valley Union Blue Devils.

The Eagles (9-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Benson (Benson, AZ). The Bobcats enter the 2A - South challenge with a 4-12 record. In their last challenge, Benson was beaten by Flowing Wells (Tucson, AZ), 2-1, in a non-league challenge.
