Next, the Panthers battle the Bunnell Bulldogs (Stratford, CT) in a Southwest - Colonial contest, on Thursday, October 10. Pomperaug will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a 11-0 record after their 5-1 league win over New Milford (New Milford, CT).
The Lancers (3-13) will now prepare for their contest against Kolbe-Cathedral (Bridgeport, CT). The Cougars enter the Southwest - Patriot contest with a 5-9 record. In their last contest, Kolbe-Cathedral was overwhelmed by Joel Barlow (Redding, CT), 2-0, in a league contest.
