October 23, 2024: Southbury, CT 06488 The Pomperaug Panthers (Southbury, CT) soccer nipped the visiting Joel Barlow Falcons (Redding, CT), 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Panthers now hold a 13-4 record. They play next when they host New Fairfield for a non-league challenge on Saturday, October 26. Pomperaug will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over Bunnell (Stratford, CT). The Rebels record now stands at 8-6.
With the loss, Joel Barlow moves to 8-5 on the year.
