Fans at Tuesday's league contest between the South County Vipers (Franklin, IL) and the host Tri-City Tornadoes (Buffalo, IL), observed South County's volleyball team top Tri-City by a tally of 2-0.

The Vipers (13-10) will now prepare for their contest against West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] (Winchester, IL). The Cougars enter the non-league contest with a 12-12 record. In their last contest, West Central co-op [Winchester-Bluffs] beat Griggsville-Perry (Griggsville, IL), 2-0, in a league contest.
