In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the host Sherwood Warriors volleyball team scored a 3-1 triumph over the Blair Blazers.

The Warriors (5-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD). The Wolverines come into the non-league challenge with a 5-5 record. In their last challenge, Watkins Mill beat Blake (Silver Spring, MD), 3-2, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Blazers play the Northwest Jaguars (Germantown, MD) in a Montgomery County 4A - West challenge, on Tuesday, October 15. Blair will attempt to upgrade on its 11-3 season record.
