In Monday's non-league challenge, the host Sherwood Warriors volleyball team scored a close 3-2 triumph over the Wheaton Knights.

The Warriors (8-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Damascus (Damascus, MD). The Hornets come into the non-league challenge with a 8-5 record. In their last challenge, Damascus was nudged by Northwest (Germantown, MD), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
