September 20, 2024: Sandy Spring, MD 20860 The Clarksburg Coyotes volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the host Sherwood Warriors to 1 in the Coyotes non-league triumph on Friday.
The Coyotes now have a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Quince Orchard for a Montgomery County 4A - West outing on Monday, September 23. Clarksburg will play a Cougars team coming off a 3-1 league loss to Northwest (Germantown, MD). The Cougars record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, Sherwood drops to 2-2 on the campaign. The Warriors travel to Springbrook (Silver Spring, MD) to play the Blue Devils in a Montgomery County 4A - North outing on Monday, September 23. The Blue Devils come into the outing with a record of 1-3. Springbrook lost 3-0 in their recent non-league outing against Magruder (Rockville, MD)
