The Benjamin Davis Falcons were victorious over the host Dekaney Wildcats football team by a score of 50-27 in Thursday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Falcons face the Nimitz Cougars (Houston, TX) in a 6A Region II District 14 challenge, on Friday, October 17. Benjamin Davis will attempt to improve on its 4-2 season record. The Cougars enter the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 28-27 league loss to Westfield (Houston, TX).

The Wildcats (1-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Eisenhower (Houston, TX). The Eagles enter the 6A Region II District 14 challenge with a 4-2 record. In their last challenge, Eisenhower ran past Spring (Spring, TX), 6-0, in a league challenge.
