In Thursday's league match, the Catholic - N.I. Panthers (New Iberia, LA) volleyball squad prevailed the visiting Franklin Hornets (Franklin, LA), by a count of 3-0.

Next up, the Panthers confront the Highland Baptist Christian Bears (New Iberia, LA) in a non-league match, on Saturday, October 11. Catholic - N.I. will attempt to move on its 15-12 season record.
