In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host High Plains Storm volleyball team scored a 2-0 victory over the Fillmore Central Panthers.

The Storm (13-10) will now prepare for their challenge against Lawrence-Nelson (Nelson, NE). The Raiders enter the non-league challenge with a 5-16 record.

Next, the Panthers meet the Wilber-Clatonia Wolverines (Wilber, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, October 13. Fillmore Central will attempt to upgrade on its 7-15 season record.
