The Switzerland County Pacers volleyball team (Vevay, IN), was nudged 2-1 in Saturday's non-league challenge with the host Rising Sun Shiners (Rising Sun, IN)

The Shiners (15-11) will now prepare for their challenge against Lawrenceburg (Lawrenceburg, IN). The Tigers enter the non-league challenge with a 18-4 record. In their last challenge, Lawrenceburg was nudged by Franklin County (Brookville, IN), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Pacers meet the Southwestern Rebels (Hanover, IN) in a Ohio River Valley challenge, on Tuesday, October 4. Switzerland County will attempt to move on its 7-15 season record. The Rebels enter the challenge with a 11-15 record after their 3-0 league loss to South Ripley (Versailles, IN).
